| WEIGHT |
No additional charge for packages that weigh up to 25lbs. Additional charges are for orders that weigh more than 25lbs. |
| WAITING TIME |
First 10 minutes free. Additional Charges are applied to orders that require our driver to wait in excess of 10 minutes. |
| HOURS |
Action Messenger can be reached 24 hours a day/365 days a year. Our normal business hours are 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM. Between the hours of 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM our charges increase to 1.5 times the normal rate, (Minimums apply). Between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, our charges increase to 2.25 times the normal rate, (Minimums apply).

We file documents and can do the correlating research for you. Charges are based on distance and time. |
| SERVINGS |
We are Registered Process Servers.
We perform Drop Servings, where a document is left with anyone in charge.
Individual Serving, where we serve a specific individual.
Action will fill out proof of service forms and file the related documents.

Action utilizes a variety of large vehicles to accommodate your delivery needs. We have pick-up trucks, 14' Bobtails, 24' Bobtails, and 22' Stakebeds including liftgates.
